At Alloro, each piece is thoughtfully crafted in small batches using natural materials and premium fragrance oils.  
Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alloros.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.  
We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  
Alloro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped.

This policy applies to all candles, crystal diffusers, and body care products.
